OUR MISSION​

Comfortable environment for our patients. Our office should establish an environment with minimal stress. We understand that your lower extremity pain is difficult and interferes with your day-to-day life. Our goal is to provide a calming location from the onset of treatment.

Advise patients on the best possible treatment for their condition. Our doctors and staff stay up to date on the newest and most effective ways to treat pathologies of the foot and ankle. We consider all aspects of a patient’s problem, in order to address it appropriately.

Rehabilitate the foot and ankle as fast as possible. We understand that world needs you back on your feet. Our lives revolve around our ability to work, spend quality time with our friends and families, and maintain our physical health.

Empathy for the foot and ankle concerns of our patients. Our office is a place where patients should feel that their problems are being heard and addressed. No part of the office is beyond basic kindness, from the scheduling phone call and greeting at reception to the medical assistant’s triage and physician’s evaluation and treatment.

Dr. Maria pacheco

Dr. Pacheco was raised in Miami, FL, where she graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Chemistry. She was elected to the Tri-Beta National Honor Society and maintained honor status throughout her undergraduate career. She continued on to Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine where she graduated in the top of her class. Dr. Pacheco completed her first choice, top level, three-year Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Residency training program at JFK Medical Center in Boynton Beach, FL. Applying her bilingual skills, she was able to assist the Spanish speaking community in the area, all of which enhanced her medical care and patient interaction. She served as Chief Resident in a highly demanding program involving advanced techniques on internal and external fixation,diabetic wound care, and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Pacheco is Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Pacheco currently lives in Chattanooga, TN. Aside from her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 year old daughter, hiking and gardening.
